Andrew has developed a financial planning tool that calculates revenue based on pay parity funding rates as at 1 January 2025. It includes Equity and Targeted Funding revenue calculations. Salaries are calculated at with applicable parity rates and Kiwisaver. Costs for relievers are also budgeted for. This will result in a robust budget that is compliant with GMA 9.
