An annual plan is about who does what and when for key tasks in your service. Our annual plan guide has the following sections - financial management, operational management, governance management, communication and consultation with community, whānau, parents, staff and children, curriculum management, health and safety management, personnel management (human resources), premise and facilities management.
Under each section there are a list of questions. Answer each question and write the task (what to do) in the correct month (when) and include the role doing the task (who). This will ensure that you have a robust annual plan that will work for you to ensure you are managing the key tasks well.
