This appraisal is for an Educator who is employed and had no formal early childhood qualification. This appraisal tool provides the employee the opportunity to reflect on the key responsibilities, key tasks and key performance indicators. It also asks the employee to reflect on how well they are demonstrating the attributes in their job description.This appraisal reflection tool is consistent with the advice from Ministry Business, Innovation and Employment in growing performance of employees.

This appraisal reflection tool comes with a General Reflection Form for appraisees to complete after they have engaged in a learning opportunity.They will be able to complete these in handwriting or in a document.This reflection form can be names or numbered and attributed to the appropriate key performance indicator.

The Key Performance Indicators, Key Tasks and Responsibilities are linked to Our Values, Our Codes, and Our Standards for teachers with a current practicing certificate, and Ministry of Education's requirements for Curriculum and Health and Safety.
