Three documents are included in this purchase:

1. Meeting Guide - this is a guide for the appraiser and appraisee for their appraisal and professional growth cycle meetings. It explains the purpose and process of the meetings and provides sample sentence starters for the appraiser and appraisee. It is a four page document.

2. Annual Appraisal & Professional Growth Cycle Summary Assessment - This is a form that helps assess the information gathered throughout the year and plan for the next year's professional learning and development plan (PLDP). It includes appraisee reflection, appraiser evaluation, reflection on learning priorities like Kōwhiti Whakapae, Tātaiako and Tapasā and other government resources. At the end there is an attestation page.

3. Appraisal Update form - This is a form for the regular update meetings that the appraiser has with the appraisee. It includes progress and changes to the PLDP - update to summary of achievement for goals and learning priorities.
