We can work with managers to complete an independent performance review / appraisal professional growth cycle linked to the key tasks, key responsibilities and key performance indicators in their job description (inclusive of Our Values, Our Codes & Our Standards as needed).

This will be a multi-perspective appraisal developed with the governance and management team.

We can provide this service online or in person.

1. Initial 1 hour meeting with governance and manager to determine key stakeholders and the information we want to gather as part of the performance review.
2. Information gathered and sent to us for analysis.
3. Appraisal summary meeting 1 hour with manager.
4. Report written and sent to governance.
5. 3 meetings for appraisal update meetings planned throughout the year.
